You can refill in three easy ways: use our online reorder form, call us at +256 -773 453362, or simply walk into the pharmacy. We also send automatic SMS reminders when your refill is due.
Can I transfer my prescription from another pharmacy?
Absolutely. Just bring in your current medication or your prescription slip, and our team will handle the paperwork to transfer it to Heven Health — usually within the same day.
How long does it take to fill a prescription?
Most standard prescriptions are ready within 15–30 minutes. If we need to order a specific medication, we’ll let you know immediately and have it ready by the next working day.

Do you offer home delivery?
Yes! We offer free same-day delivery within Kampala on orders over UGX 50000 For orders under that amount, a small delivery fee of UGX 5000 applies
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 17:00pm are delivered the same day. Orders placed after that are delivered the next working day.

Can someone else receive my delivery?
